Our salon and spa policies are here to provide you with some important points to ensure your experience is delivered with complete satisfaction.
Please arrive at Karma at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment where you can relax, enjoy something from our complementary tea and coffee bar or read a magazine.
RESERVATIONS
A reservation fee may be required at the time of booking, depending on the nature of your service.
To help guarantee your preferred time and date, we recommend you make reservations several days in advance.
CANCELLATIONS
Our salon and spa professionals invest considerable time and money to seek out the latest education and tools our industry has to offer. With this in mind we are sure you understand that their time, and yours is valuable and should be respected.
Therefore we require 24 hours notice of cancellation of an appointment to avoid a 50% of the cost of the scheduled service as a cancellation fee.
CHILDREN
An adult must accompany children under the age of 12 years old at all times. Children may not be left alone in the waiting area at any time. Children are not permitted to join the parent on the salon floor during the parent's service to ensure the safety of the child, parent, and salon staff. The parent of any disruptive child will be asked to remove the child from the salon for safety reasons and out of respect for other clients. Please make all necessary child care arrangements prior to your visit. Thank you for your support and understanding of our policy regarding children & child safety.
PRODUCT RETURNS
Unused product may be returned for store credit or exchange within ten days of purchase. We are unable to offer store credit for makeup, skin care or nail polish unless the product has caused irritation or an allergic reaction within 30 days of purchase.
